What is the maximum capacity for events?

Our waterfront venue comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests for seated receptions and up to 200 for cocktail-style events.

Is there a backup plan for inclement weather?

We can offer a rain date or move the wedding under the pavilion and enclose the site.

Are both ceremony and reception spaces available on-site?

Absolutely! We provide picturesque waterfront locations for ceremonies and versatile spaces for receptions, all within our marina grounds.

What amenities are included in the venue rental?

Our rental package includes tables, chairs, on-site parking, and access to our bridal suite. Additional services can be arranged upon request.

Can we bring our own vendors or must we use preferred ones?

You are welcome to bring your own licensed vendors. We also have a list of trusted professionals familiar with our venue for your convenience.

Is there on-site parking for guests?

Yes, we offer ample complimentary parking for all event attendees.

Are there accommodations nearby for out-of-town guests?

Absolutely. Annapolis offers a variety of hotels and inns just a short drive from our marina, and we’re happy to provide a list of recommended options upon request. We also offer our on-site Captain’s Cottage rental for a convenient and charming stay.

What is the venue’s policy on alcohol service?

You may provide your own alcohol, but it must be served by a licensed bartender. All events with alcohol are also required to carry liquor liability insurance.
