Our Chessie Lounge is a great spot for our tenants to unwind and relax. The perfect place to hold a meeting or small gathering for business events. Very comfortable layout with bar and dining tables overlooking our pool with great views of Back Creek. Members may reserve the Chessie Lounge for private events and parties.
Workout Facility
There are plenty of ways to get a workout in our little gym.
With weight lifting and treadmills and a stationery bike to enjoy. For those who like to watch the screen during your workout, the TV is readily available.
Playground for Kids
Kids can enjoy the recently upgraded playground by the pool along side one of the many picnic areas and grilling stations on the property.
Captains Quarters
Just footsteps away, The Captain’s Cottage offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. The cottage includes an open floor plan, with hardwood floors throughout, customized cabinetry, and granite counter tops. The modern kitchen offers all new appliances; stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils.
The living room is furnished with a comfy sleeper sofa, two plush chairs, and a large flat screen TV with cable. A bright and sun-filled room makes a perfect setting for morning coffee or a cozy dinner at the table, seating for four. Double French Doors off the living room open to a deck with a table and chairs overlooking Back Creek and the full backyard.
Relax and sit on the deck with a cold drink and enjoy the waterfront views or take advantage of the kayaks provided for you.
