CAPTAIN’S QUARTERS
Just footsteps away, The Captain’s Cottage offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. The cottage includes an open floor plan, with hardwood floors throughout, customized cabinetry, and granite counter tops. The modern kitchen offers all new appliances; stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils.
The living room is furnished with a comfy sleeper sofa, two plush chairs, and a large flat screen TV with cable. A bright and sun-filled room makes a perfect setting for morning coffee or a cozy dinner at the table, seating for four. Double French Doors off the living room open to a deck with a table and chairs overlooking Back Creek and the full backyard.
Relax and sit on the deck with a cold drink and enjoy the waterfront views or take advantage of the kayaks provided for you.

CHESSIE LOUNGE
Our Chessie Lounge is a great spot for our tenants to unwind and relax. The perfect place to hold a meeting or small gathering for business events. Very comfortable layout with bar and dining tables overlooking our pool with great views of Back Creek. Members may reserve the Chessie Lounge for private events and parties.
BATH HOUSE
Slip holders and tenants have access to the beautiful bathrooms with large showers and modern designed tiles and countertop sinks with a cozy feeling of being at home.
The pool also has showers as well as bathrooms and laundry facilities. Additional baths and showers next to the Pavilion. This makes it convenient for tenants and guests wherever you may be while at our marina.
WORKOUT GYM
Use one of our marina bikes for getting around town or just exercise while you’re here. We have a few different sizes and bikes are very popular during the summer months. There’s also laundry facilities, sparkling clean bathhouses, fitness center, barbecues and picnic areas, waterside decks, a kids playground and even a multi-hole putting green.
DOWNTOWN ANNAPOLIS
Located less than a mile by water is Downtown Annapolis. Shop, bar hop, see fantastic entertainment and enjoy the view of Ego Alley where all the big boys cruise in the most beautiful boats ever seen. 30 minutes from Baltimore and Washington DC, Port Annapolis Marina is a convenient ride to all major cities in the tri-state area.

THE WET DOG - Now Black Market Bakers
The Wet Dog Cafe is now run by Black Market Bakers and is located at Port Annapolis Marina. Serving breakfast and lunch with daily specials.
This hidden gem is dog friendly at any of our outdoor seating areas. So grab a beer or wine, water bowl and doggy treats, and sit outside as you enjoy your dining experience!
